About The Kaiser Permanente Corporate Run/Walk & Fitness Program:

The KPCRW is a unique workplace-organized fitness event designed to inspire fun, fitness and camaraderie among Atlanta’s corporate community.  The event began in Atlanta in 1983 with 900 participants from a handful of Atlanta companies.  Today, the KPCRW attracts close to 20,000 participants from 600+ businesses and has grown to become the largest workplace organized corporate fitness event in the world.  Galloway will discuss the “Get-in-Shape” training program that just kicked off, incorporating personal fitness assessments and weekly training tips by Galloway.  The annual fitness program culminates on Thursday, September 21, 2006 at 7 p.m. with a 5K Corporate Run/Walk through downtown Atlanta, awards ceremony and hundreds of office picnics popularly known as the “World’s Largest Office Party.”  For more information on the annual event, log on to www.kpcorporaterunwalk.com .
